Currently, email changes are not supported from the console. Please contact support if you need to update your login email.

Yes. Please reach out to your customer success manager or send an email to success@perxona.ai to request permanent account deletion.

No. Each account is intended for individual use. Please use the appropriate number of seats based on your plan.
