The Perxona Console is the central hub for managing and configuring AI avatars. Within the console, you can handle team collaboration, AI avatar configuration, data management, and permission control. Q1. What is an Organization in Perxona?
An Organization in Perxona is a centralized workspace where businesses manage users, roles, permissions, integrations, and data policies—enabling teams to collaboratively build, control, and deploy their AI avatar experiences.
Q2. Can I create a new organization by myself?
A: Yes. You can sign up with an email and create your own organization using the guided steps.
- Navigate to the Sign up page.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Follow the guided steps to create your organization.
Q3. How do I invite teammates to my workspace?
You can invite team members by email through the console under the 'Team' and 'Member' section.
Invite members to your Organization
- Go to Management > Team.
- Select Invite Member.
- Enter the user’s emails. You can use “;” to separate if you have multiple emails.
- Click Send Email
The invited members are added to the member list immediately. You can see their status becomes “Pending,” which indicates the invitation is waiting for the user’s confirmation.
There are 3 types of member status
- Active: The user has accepted the invitation and joined the Organization
- Pending: The invitation is sent and waiting for user confirmation
- Invalid: The invitation is sent without confirmation for more than 24 hours. You can click Resend Email to re-invite the user.
You can change the user’s role after the invitation. To remove a user, you can click “...” and remove this user from your organization.
Q4. Can I transfer ownership of a workspace?
Yes. Please contact support to request a secure ownership transfer of your workspace.
Q5. What can I do in the Perxona console?
The console is your control center for managing AI avatars, customizing avatars and voices, uploading documents, tracking usage, and accessing billing and support.
Q6. Can I see usage status in the console?
Yes. The console provides real-time analytics on conversation time, memory consumption, and team activity.
Q7. Is there a way to test my AI avatar before going live?
Yes. You can interact with your AI avatar directly in the console to test its responses, voice, and memory performance.
Q8. Can I manage multiple AI avatars from one console?
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can manage multiple active AI avatars and switch between them easily from the console interface.
Q9. Does the console include access control features?
Yes. You can assign roles and permissions to different team members to manage who can access what features in your workspace.
Q10. What permissions do team members have?
Team permissions vary by role. Admins can manage billing, settings, and AI avatars; editors can modify content; viewers have read-only access.
Q11. What are the default organization and permission settings in the console?
General settings provide default system settings for the organization.
Idle session time (minutes): defines the duration for which a conversation session remains open before automatically closing if the end user is idle.
Storyboard editor inactive time (minutes): defines how long an idle editor can hold the editing lock.
LLM agnostic: select to enable the LLM provider for storyboards.
Customize roles in your Organization
Perxona supports role-based access control, allowing you to define which groups can access specific functions.
To customize your role, go to Management -> Team, and click the Role tab.
Create/Edit a role
You can create a role by copying an existing role and then adjusting or creating a new one.
- Click on Create
- Configure the detailed permissions for accessing a resource:
- View: the users belonging to the role can View this resource
- Edit: Users belonging to the role can create or modify this resource, but cannot remove it.
- Delete: the users belonging to the role can Remove this resource
- The AI avatars/Storyboard/Knowledge are fundamental functions and are open to every user.
- To edit a role, just click on “...” and adjust the permissions table.
