When you purchase additional conversation minutes, unlimited API calls are included. Simply buy more minutes from your console, and your available interaction time will automatically support unlimited API usage.
Q2. What integrations does Perxona support?
- To deploy a presentation widget to the website, Perxona uses Public tokens for traffic verification.
- To control and review the usage of the key, click to jump to the AI avatar profile.
- To connect and add an external service, make sure the service is published and you have the related API key for authentication.
Q3. How do I generate an API key for Perxona services?
To create an API key for Perxona API access, click on “Create”, fill in Name and Description, and the system will generate a Key for you. You can copy it for future usage.
Q4. What is a Data Spec and why should I define it?
It is recommended to set up the data spec of your organization's customer profiles to Perxona, so that Perxona knows how to read and utilize the customer data from your API input. Perxona utilizes the fields in Spec as system indexes; the user can then use them in search and Storyboard scripts.
To update the spec, click “Edit” on the Customer API part and modify the data fields.
