Q1. How is my data protected?

We are committed to aligning with global data privacy standards and are actively working toward full compliance. Retention settings and customizable controls are in place to support responsible data practices.
Data masking
Enabling this setting allows administrators to mask sensitive customer information before sending it to text models, thereby enhancing privacy and data security. When enabled, personally identifiable information (PII), such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other designated fields, will be partially or fully obfuscated when communicating with text models.
Q2. Who can access my conversation data?
Only authorized Perxona staff can access data for maintenance and support purposes, under strict confidentiality policies.
Data that passes to upstream providers
As an orchestrator, Perxona leverages 3rd LLM provider so that the AI avatar can use the most advanced model. If your company has self-owned LLM infrastructure (e.g., llama), you can contact sales to add an in-company provider. Perxona will pass as little information as possible to the upstream provider, and also secure sensitive data by providing a level mask before sending it to the upstream. However, due to the requirements of accuracy to provide a proper response, it’s fundamental to know that Perxona has to send the necessary information to the LLM provider in each conversation.
The user can secure their end-client data through 2 configurations. You can configure them through Settings -> Security compliance

No. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
Q4. Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with geographically distributed data centers.
